On Friday 31st March, pupils from Years 3 to 6 took part in a KS2 Cross Country competition with over 20 other schools in the West Norwich and Dereham PE Partnership.
Girls and boys in Year 6 and then in 5 had to be resilient to run a distance of 1,500m up a gentle hill and sometimes in the inclement weather of spring! We had some top 10 finishers, which is outstanding!
Year 3 and 4 girls and boys also had separate races, running a total distance of 1,100m. They had to be resilient and not give up and try and best their own personal best. We had some top 20 finishers, which is excellent.
Our sports focus was honest; one of our PE values. We are all very proud of the Cross Country team!
