SEND Partnership News

Norfolk SEND Partnership offer information and advice to children, young people and parents/carers about special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We are a small central team, with trained volunteers throughout the county.

What we do:

Give confidential telephone support and information about SEND

Provide written Information Booklets

Provide a termly Newsletter

Put young people and parents/carers in touch with other voluntary groups and people who may be able to help them

Offer the support of a volunteer Independent Partnership Supporter (IPS) whenever possible

Help with meetings and paperwork

Offer the help and support of an Independent Supporter to apply for an EHCP

Work to ensure young people and parents’ views are represented and influence SEND Policy and Practice

Providing advice through support groups and training events
