Cycling to School Permission Application
If you wish your child to cycle to school you need to complete this form, then email fedadmin@toftwoodfederation.co.uk to let us know and we will look at your application and get back to you.
Please do not let your child cycle until you have completed this form.
We will provide a permit to attach to the bike so we are sure that the child has permission and the form has been completed.
